Having provided care to Her Majesty the Queen for 22 years, Peter’s clients consistently request him for repeat appointments due to his exceptional knowledge and personable approach. He’s recognised as one of the most knowledgeable optometrists around, frequently available during the week and on Saturdays.
Peter is also passionate about Japanese culture and enjoys sharing stories from his travels to Tokyo, which often inspire his approach to patient care. Another memorable moment was driving one of his old Alfa Romeos through the picturesque countryside, which added a touch of classic style to our journey. The experience perfectly encapsulated the passion and heritage that shape our practice.
Alongside Peter, our resident optometrist Jin brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every patient receives thorough and attentive service.
Jin is especially valued for her excellent optometry skills, specialist expertise in contact lenses and advanced eye diagnostics. She is committed to providing personalised consultations, taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs and offer thorough, attentive care.
As for myself, I’ve been involved in optics for quite some time, beginning with the manufacturing process and achieving notable milestones throughout my career. A highlight includes convincing Eric Clapton to try a pair of rimless platinum glasses, which he loved, and we ended up making several pairs for him.
